We are unfortunate buyer of LG SPLIT AC. We bought FIVE (5) UNITS , LG SPLIT A/C on 07/04/2013 from BHARMAL SALES , VADODARA. Detail about invoice of the said A/C is , INVOICE NO: R-2012LGSUR0955-991 AND 2012LGSUR0955-992 .
Out the said FIVE unit one unit bearing, serial no: 30INARVO10150, AND PRODUCTIO NO: ISN5AC3FF1.AN76UD1 , has been malfunctioning from the day one. We are never satisfied with the performance of the said unit. But, for last two days, the performance has gone even more south and virtually no cooling whatsoever. Suddenly it stops functioning for long time. We made complaint for the same with BHARMAL SALES , VADODARA,but got really a very very shocking and appalling response . We have been said that, it would take a month or so for repairing work of the A/C.
As very onset we wrote, we are unfortunate buyer of LG product. We had been cautioned about poor quality and ever more poor customer support, but, we ignored it to our detriment. We are repenting to have purchased such a lousy appliance. Instead we ought to have bought PANASONIC ,A/C. Any way one mistake is too many , we would now never ever go for any product from LG , and our bad experience should deter our near and dear ones from going for any product of LG.
Let us conclude with golden words , for your benefit , that , A SINGLE SATISFIED USER OF YOUR PRODUCT WOULD FETCH YOU 100 MORE BUYERS ,BUT ONE DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER WOULD TAKE 1000 AWAY FROM YOU.
Let us hope wisdom prevails upon LG people and our issue is addressed sooner than later. We believe, the unit in reference is with INHERENT CRAFTMAND AND MANUFACTURING DEFECT, WHICH NEEDS TO BE REPLACED WITH A NEW AND PERFECTLY FUNCTIONING UNIT.
