We (Me and my Husband) purchased a holiday package for 10 years and paid over Rs. 1,50,000. They promised to provide 5 star and 4 star hotel accommodation at various domestic and international location for 7 night/8 days oer year. They also charge and AMC every year which is about Rs. 5900.
However when we trying to connect them for booking they don’t respond. The phone no doesn’t work and their email responses are lousy – just one line sentence. They impose new term and conditions that differ from what they mentioned when selling the package. Our money is completely wasted. The company is fraud. We request a refund of the total amount of Rs 1,50,000.
