We purchased a holiday package for 10 years and paid over 1 lakh. They promised to provide 5 star and 4 star hotel accommodations at various domestic and international locations for 7 nights/8 days per year. They also charge an AMC every year which is about 7k. However, when we try to contact them for booking, they don’t respond. The phone number doesn’t work. And their email responses are lousy- just one line sentences. They impose new terms and conditions that differ from what they mentioned when selling the package. Our money is completely wasted. The company is fraud.
