Dear Sir/Madam,
I have cleared all the outstanding principal towards my loan number 310400001645 with LICHFL on 21-Dec-2016 and the amount paid to LICHFL was extra(around 50,000 rs.) that needs to be refund because (as LICHFL did not share foreclosure statement even after one month post requested and bajaj finserv prepared the cheque basis on CIBEL outstanding principal amount which was little extra for which i am paying interest to Bajaj and that amount is with LICHFL) Now I am requesting LICHFL to refund extra amount paid to them and return property papers for which they are giving date for 20stJan2017 where I have requested early date to collect the document and to refund extra amount for which I am paying interest to Bajaj Finsev on the excess amount which is currently with LICHFL. But they are not giving early date where other banks are closing everything within max 7-10 days. Apart from this some additional amount(around rs. 5000) is also deducted during foreclosure which should also be refunded details are mentioned in the mail and shared below(correct calculation).

Broken Period interest: 7215
Cheque Amount :25,40,000 INR

Total Amount need to pay back by LICHFL : 52,040.23 INR
