I am completely in sync with all you guys , lets not leave such people who take employees hard earned money , i seriously have doubt about how can they do business , i heard that they have deducted PF from employees salary ( Offcourse only to some people they have paid ) but they have not credited it to the department , i have a copy of the salary slip of one of the employees where in they have clearly mentioned that PF is deducted , i am in the process of consulting a professional lawyer and also me in discussion with Jaya Karnataka , Karnataka rakshana Vedike and and plan to have a darna in front of BTM office offcourse with Electronic Media so that these so called cheats and papuers in guise of MD & CEO can be exposed , Pramod / Deivam trust me comming days you both will be busy in attending court cases rather than spending time in office ( Planning to cheat other employees ) ,

Hi All, I read all the comments below and sort of felt hurt. I have been knowing owners of this company at least for 10 years, worked closely with them and believe me, this is not fraud or cheating. Yes, there may have been delays with respect to payment but that doesn’t mean it is fraud. These guys had cushy job in one of the biggest multinational and they have min 15 years in Industry. Just imagine, what money they must be getting with 15 years exp under their belt. They left the job since they wanted to do something different and have started the company by putting their own money. Had this been fraud, they would have raised money by putting ads and ran away. While this is not the case, it is just sort of bad time which any start-ups go through.
It is kind of frustrating if you dont get payments in time and I too would have reacted same way. But my suggestion is, please dont go to the stage of dharna and getting medias. This media only wants some masala for their bread & butter and they will vanish away finally.
Knowing the owners for over 10 years, I only say that this is not fraud. It is sincere attempt. Please note, reading this note, many of you will feel I am party to the owners of the company or they themselves will have written this stuff. Guys…. This is absolutely true… Don’t think that these people don’t have any other better work to do…. If Soo many people are commenting there should be something terribly wrong… Even I worked with this company….. not even a single month I’ve got paid the salary which was on my offer letter.. I just got 40% of the salary decided on my Offer Letter…. When Ever I go to HR and enquire about this they didn’t have any answers… They just use say that the company is running in loss so we can’t pay U guys.. One Fine day they terminated the entire floor stating that the process got shutdown and they didn’t even pay us….. They asked us to come after 60 days…. Then we thought okay these frauds don’t have money to pay us so they are doing this… So we went back after 60days and surprisingly those frauds PRAMOD & DEVAM are asking who are you guys… After some time they called a lady police on the floor stating that these guys are creating problem on the floor…. Guy’s I’m telling You These frauds are just meant to cheat innocent youngsters…… Please don’t fall in this trap….. They will spoil your life and time… I can assure you that all positive comments are there on this site form the management of the company…. This Company is a big FAKE!!!!!! These people don’t even know how to interact with the associates who are working for their company..
