Good day,
I come across this company on the internet. The lady whom I spoke to was amiable and helpful.
They promise to help you with your debt. You have to pay them every month and they will then pay your creditors. She said they would handle all the negotiations and send pop to me and creditors. They did nothing. I paid them for 3 months already. They don’t answer emails, WhatsApp, and if you call the office no answer. Now I am being handed over and legal action I been taken against me. I want to cancel the service but can’t get hold of them. I would also like my money back. What steps can I take? I am worse off now than I was before joining them. They make false promises and take your money.
