Locanto – Refund

This is about the Locanto services.
I have booked service from Locanto agent on the 18th of August. He, first, charged 400/-. Then asked me reach the hotel (named Value hotels, Pallavaram, Chennai), then he asked for the full payment i.e., 2000/-. After two minutes, he asked me to pay 6800/- and then another time. I have paid, as he said that it would be refundable after the service. He, then, asked me to pay another 29000/-, which would be refunded after 30 seconds (as per his assurance). Obviously, it didn’t. After a little time later, he asked me to send 27550/-, which will be refunded in 30 more seconds. I paid that as well thinking I can recover everything. Once I paid, he gave me a code and said that the code to be verified by the hotel receptionist, whom I couldn’t find and then he said the code expired. By then, I have paid him 72550/-. Now he is asking me to pay another 27550/-, after which I will get the whole refund of 84100/-. He asked me to pay on the coming Tuesday i.e., 22nd of August.

How to file a complaint against Locanto?

* Write Locanto in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Locanto.
