1. This is a fraud company owned by a member of parliament. That is why no action is being taken against them.
2. Based on the documents which they showed me around one year back, I realized that the title of the land is not clear and so I asked for a refund. But they did not respond to my emails and even to my personal visit. This is a very big risk.
