I have received possession of my flat in Lodha Palava City Maharashtra on September 2018 and I am yet to get my covered parking as promised to me while booking my flat in 2016 – it has been almost 4 years !!! ( I was even charged more and was assured we will have a parking in the nearest MLCP).
I paid multiple visits to the PCMA office but every time they had mentioned parking is a separate department and they won’t be able to handle the same.
As per Lodha’s reply email they have said and I quote –
“4 wheeler parking is allocated to the unit. There is no specification if it is in MLCP or Open, hence the current allocation is done correctly”
Queries :-
1. Firstly, I have not been allotted any parking yet !! That is the main concern and from Lodha’s emails it seems they are not even aware of the scenario ???
2. Secondly, as per our understanding, there was a fraudulent behaviour on The Lodha end where they promised and signed On the day of booking of the flat (which I still own and have the address mentioned in the below application sheet) to provide an MLCP(covered) parking in the booking confirmation but denying the same now ??
3. I paid my booking amount of my apartment believing on the attached document below and do you confirm now that does not hold any value and we were misled ?????
This was not expected from a reputed group like Lodha whom we had trusted for long.
A bit helpless – not sure whom to reach out me in these scenarios.
