I saw advt on your web site from Loveofdeal selling Alphanso Mangoes 10 Kgs for Rs 529.82 and clicked the purchase now on 04 Apr 21. It took me to a payment portal with columns to fill for address for delivery and mob number. I paid the amoujnnt by credit card and order Number #3227 was generated with instruction to check the order detail. Neither E mail nor any message was received. Then I realised that there is no customer care number. I tried your portal and got Customer care number as 7866091113 and loveofdeal portal and face Book Page. When contacted on this mob, some illiterate person in West Bengal picked up and informed that the order has been cancelled. He further asked me validity of my credit card and card number, which I refused. He asked for details repeatedly and I refused. then he asked that it will get refunded on Google Pay. i told him that I don’t use google pay. Then he disconnected and is not attending my calls
I now realise that a fraud from your web site has taken place.
Please trace the culprit for misusing the face Book for above fraud from your esteemed website and lodge a Police complaint also fro above fraud
