I have ordered for “10 Kgs Mango Pack Alphonso” after seeing the ad on Facebook. I paid the amount through Razerpay and got razerpay id. It is ordered on 10.04.2021 with the promise of 4 days delivery. There is No communication as of now from merchant about dispatch of the same! Looking to the Online complaints, It appears to be Fraud too! No contact numbers Or Official Email provided! I want to get 100% refund!
It appears that neither the FACEBOOK nor RAZORPAY does not any check the authenticity of merchant means they both are involved in fraud.
