I purchased 10kg malgoba mangoes of cost Rs 470 from love of deal through an ad on facebook on 29th March on a delivery date April 4rth. The payment was done through razorpay and received a mail of payment confirmation. There was no website or company details just said loveofdeal mangoes. Till now I didn’t receive the product, no refund, no contact details, no track, no mail. Even, now it is not available on facebook too…I tried to reply back to the mail address, it says address not found. Please do the needful. I need a refund or the product. I think many of them had face the same issue. I think it was a fraud site.
