I have ordered for “10 Kgs Mango Pack” after seeing the ad on Facebook. I paid the amount through Razerpay and got razerpay id. It is ordered on 06.04.2021 with the promise of 2 day delivery. Till12:00 PM on 10.04.2021 no communication is received from merchant. It appears to be Fraud. My amount to be refunded.
It appears that neither the FACEBOOK nor RAZORPAY does not any check the authenticity of merchant means they both are involved in fraud.
