I have ordered for “10kg mango pack” after seeing the add in the facebook. I paid the amount through card thru “razorpay” and got razorpay payment id. It is ordered on 06.04.2021. Till 7 pm on 09.04.2021 no communication sms or mail from the merchant. I just got a mail immediately a mail giving the details of payment and no communication thereafter. It appears to be fraud.
I need refund of my payment of rs.558.82.
It appears that neither the FACEBOOK nor razorpay does any chceck on the merchant. Such negligence from these two, allow the merchant to has a free run on the public.
