Today, at 22:23PM I have purchased tabouleh, from your Karama Store and found some pieces of broken small plastic/ mirror in it . I came to know it has plactic or mirror after i ate few bits of Tabouleh in my mouth.
It is utter of irresponsibility of kitchen team to serve this food to any customer. Any thing could happen to me because of this food. right now I am also feeling some irritation because of this food.
Secondly when I came to complaint the same to your store, I found its pretty casual approach by the support team I feel like this is happening regularly in store.
I told them i had this food but still no Courtesy by the staff ofr manager to ask for my health, I told them I ate some portion of it.but probably life for them it important is to replace the food or manage the customer that time
I Just want to give my feed back so this will not happen to some one else.
It clearly not a show how customer service work in your store … I can never expect this from LULU …
I hope I will get some response from the concern authorities on the same… about the what actions has been taken to ensure this will not happen to any one else in Future.
Please also find the enclosed Bill details and proff of plastic/ Mirror in Tabouleh…
