I stay in karama and for last 20 years have been a regular customer of Lulu. We have been shopping regularly at the Karama Lulu supermarket but for last 2 months its been not pleasant for us. Its getting clear that Lulu management has moved away from the Chairman vision.
We never had the need to complain but today it has crossed limits. Bearing in mind Lulu a big chain and the Chairman a great person I would like to bring to the attention of the quality control team and PR team to please see whats happening at the Lulusuper market at Karama. Its very pathetic that stale fish is sold at the fish section. I could have easily called Dubai Municipality officials but don’t wish to spoil the reputation of a company so well established in UAE.
The cost of the fish purchased was very nominal but the quality a third rate.
Please have a look or give a surprise check at the fish section.

had the same problem at lulu saadiyat. pomfret was stale
