After 15min arrival of bus AC fan belt is broken there are no backup no extra belts are available in bus & no one responsible person lift the phone bus owner or office staff no one lift phone after 2 hr owner response and bus return back to city and after 4 hr bus is ready to go toatly bad service provide from MR travel
Overloaded bus and staff behaviour is very impolite this is the worst bus service I have ever seen
