I have booked a package from m/s yours yatra llp.
We gave a total of 40000 INR for the thailand package.
Earlier he gave us the confirm ticket from mumbai to bkk and bkk to mumbai to make us full payment.
After we made full payment the guy cancels the ticket in 15 days.
We asked why the ticket is being canceled, he always replied that it is a group booking this will happen.
We continuously asked for tickets almost every day but he always made the excuse that we will get it in a few days.

Our departure was on 8th of Dec and on 12th Dec-2018 he told us that he won’t be able to process our package. We asked for the refund but he always again made the excuses that we will get in a few days.

So now for the last two days, he has switched off his number and we are not able to contact him, could you please help us to get our refund back.

It is a very big amount for us and we are in need of it.
