I had placed an order 3rd Nov 2020 of 5 Kurta sets worth Rs. 2495 . Payment made through credit card. Once the payment was made I received a mail stating that the order is placed with the order no. MV9480. I waited for the tracking details but did not get any further mails or any contact number to check when would the product be delivered. I sent a couple of mails asking for the details but there was no response.
Please help me get a refund.
