After paying the money no notification on when item will be sent. Found customer care , they say the product is cancelled. They ask to fill a refund policy form.

There is a facebook page and website. After the payment is done it says the customer will be notified. The customer will never be notified. After 2 weeks customer tried ro contact. No contact number on facebook and webpage. Only an email is there. No one responds to email. Upon further contacting several customer care numbers found in google and facebook search , not sure why there are so many, they say the order has been cancelled without notification. There is a technical issue. The money will be returned after filling a refund policy that they will send. This is suspicious. We told we will make it public that its a fraud. He replies please wait for a few more days. Many customers has the same issue but they will return . This is a fraud site for sure. 9199120729. This number did not loft when called. Later they gave a call. He speaks only Hindi. No english also. He says customer care is available 24/7. I asked if Amazon and big basket retirn without tgis ticking or filling if return policy form why should we do it. He says it is their policy. It should be filled then only they can return the money.
