Had placed an order with madras shoppe 12 days ago, not received the order neither any updates. The customer care does not bother to revert. My order ref number is BKDBI_9788193071007 dated April 9th, 2022. They don’t even have a number where you can reach them. I had ordered a book a year back and received it. This time the experience has been quite unpleasant as there was no reply even after writing to the customer care. I hope this is not a scam.
