Definitely a fake website and business. Ordered books online from Madras shoppe and prepaid for the same. The website claims that their location is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It’s been more than 20 days with no update from them. They provided a whatsapp number which doesn’t work, I tried emailing them and also raising a complaint on their site by filling in some form but there is no other way to contact them. I even tried calling them on the whatsapp number but no one answered.
