I subscribed for Femina magazine with MagazineMall and paid annual charges of Rs 975 on 29th July 2016. My Order Number is 34189. After following with them on telephone I received my first issue on 2nd October followed by 14th and 22nd November. All the three were received after 10 to 15 days after they hit the stands. I was in touch with Mr Dinesh who attended my calls. I got so fed up and I decided to cancel my subscription and accordingly wrote to Mr SandeepKumar. He never replied. Now the mails are bouncing back and the telephone lines are switched off. I feel that they may have closed shop. I would like to get my refund from them. As they are Gurgaon based I am unable to follow up personally.
