I had paid magicbricks.com for property and Order id – 10180755 in the premium category which means that they would highlight my ad for more responses. However after paying them the amount I cannot put up a new ad neither can I edit the old ad. I called them and mentioned that I should get the service that I paid for but they said their system has a problem. I waited for about 3 weeks and still the problem exists. Hence I demanded a refund but they are not initiating that either. They clearly told me that they cannot solve the problem neither can they give a refund. Hence I need to file a complaint for harassment..
