MagicBricks – Misselling by the Sales Team and zero support from the Customer Care

I would like to bring to your notice the miscommunication/misselling which is being done by the Magicbricks sales team at the ground level. Last month I received a call from Ms Shweta Sagar who offered me the Super Titanium Listing package for my property. Luckily I decided to go ahead with the Titanium package only. There were two things that were promised to me at the time of taking the package

1) Professional photoshoot of the Property within 72 hours of taking the package

2) Professional Content Writing Services on the listing

I took the package on 20th January and till date despite followups from my side not even a single commitment has been fulfilled. Till I had taken the package Ms. Shweta called me up again and again but now she refuses to even take my call. I did receive a welcome call where again I was promised that the matter will be escalated to the concerned department but till date, your team seems to be just going around the issue. When I re-raised this issue with the customer support team I got a response saying that the listing needs to be redone by me and he was unaware of the content writing services.
If I had to redo the listing on my own without any photograph or professional writeup I would have gone for a free listing. There was no need to pay even a single rupee to the company. Before I had signed up for the package Ms, Shweta called me up continuously, sometimes even twice in a day but since the money has been paid there has been no response from her side. In fact, I tried reaching her on the number which she had provided but no one even bothers to pick up the phone.

I am really disappointed with the kind of response that I have received from the sales and support team put together. Despite my emails, there has been no resolution of the problem.

Thr worse part is that I raised this issue on their twitter handle, I even tweeted to the CEO but there has been no response.

I am surprised that a multinational like Magicbricks treats its customers like this. Since I have not availed any services promised under order number 9518903 and neither has the company offered them to me I would like my money back.
