Dear Team,

I resigned fromMagna Infotech(Pune) on 15th Dec’16 .Before resigning I confirmed (by HR asst manager)that my mediclaim amount will be refunded to me in f&f cheque. But whole mediclaim amount is showing in deduction column.Since 15th Mar’17 have highighted the issue to spoc HR but didn’t find any solution. Again I escalated to the same HR asst manager. He said the amount is paid to me but he is giving excuses when I asked to give me clarification about deducted amount amd paid amount.Its all beacuse of his mistake he is trying to push the mistake.
No one is responding for my pf withdrawal process. Neither HR nor PF team. Now their mail id is also not working.

Pl help me to resolve these issues or else my cheque get expired.
