Paid ₹1430/- thru UPI(316621939566)for getting 5 nos.of Kerala bumper monsoon tickets (their shared order no.51671) on 15/06/23 to Maha lottery Agency R S Manakkad Kollam 691008. Till date,they are not receiving my calls/replying my email/WhatsApp/SMS and yet to receive any courier from them.Plz, therefore, help me to refund my amount from the Agency and oblige.
