Imagine you order a product/service for 1000/- online and it comes with defect, we simply return it. What if you cannot return? And if you complain to the dealer they mentally harass you? Now replace the dealer with CBSE affiliated school where we pay school fees more that 1.5 lakh per annum.

The affiliated school in discussion have been doing the following malpractices –

They do not have qualified teachers the student to teacher ratio is not maintained well.Teachers are mostly paid with low salary as they are unqualified.

The school extracts higher fees above the norms with low quality of education, recently the parents complained to the principal and she replied in a very arrogant and rude way.

The school doesn”t provide good physical infrastructure and sanitary conditions to students, few months back many KG students fell ill.

The school doesn”t have any proper lab facilities and smart class rooms as advertised.

Violation of Right to Education Act – In recent instances The school doesn”t give transfer certificate for students relocating for genuine reasons, they extract full term fees to to the tune of 35,000/-.

We were mentally harassed by this school and its principal in the past 2 years.
