The management staff is so ridiculous. I visited the doctor for a fever and backache, and he sent a staff member to take my temperature. It was 102.6, and he wrote 103.6 on the prescription.
The only error I made was failing to mention it to the doctor when he wrote two bottles of infusion, one of paracetamol, and on more.
After completing billings and other tasks, I went to get a drip. The staff attempted to insert a cannula into my vein three times—twice in the same location and once in a different location—but was unable to.
He responded to my request for a medicine refund by saying, “AAP to lagwa lo bhaiya ek baar inse bhi try karwa lo,” as if he were dressing me.
I refused, and he returned the 150 rupees that they had taken from me for just starting the drip. I also paid 370 rupees for medicines, and I have the online payment history that shows what I paid at the store—a sum that was not reimbursed—so I went to the hospital for treatment and returned with additional pain after spending a total of 870 rupees.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this because many students who attend that school do not have their parents with them. I also have a hospital bill and prescription, as well as a witness who saw me receive three pointless injections.
