MakeMyCombo has cheated me by sending me a duplicate product of micro sd card named Samsung EVO+ 128GB micro-sd card. (Reference No. 117297000132511, Product Name-Buy Branded 128GB Memory Card EVO Class 10 At Rs 699 Only, Rate-₹798) on date 08~09-dec,2016 via Blue Dart. Cover of product shows 48MB/s but it could not reach upto speed of 700kb/s.I have complained it on same site and claimed to return and refund my money. They replied at 17-12-2016 that- ‘We have received your request to return the product below. We will verify if your return is eligible as per our Shipping & Returns policy’. After that no any confirmation arrived. I again emailed them, about how much I have to wait for their answer. But didn’t received any reply. AFTER THAT I TRIED TO GO THROUGH MY PROFILE IN MAKEMYCOMBO FOR COMPLAINT BUT SURPRISED THAT MAKEMYCOMBO SHOWED NO EXISTENCE MY PROFILE EVEN TRIED TO RETRIEVE BY ‘FORGET MY PASSWORD’.
