I would like to bring to your kind attention that I placed an order on makemyhobby.com believing it was a genuine aquarium hobby website for India. The order id is 335830, the transaction amount was Rs 398.42 and it was done on 29 April at 6.20 pm. After waiting an entire day, I lodged an email to the website people for order confirmation on their Whatsapp number, through their email as well as their customer support but nobody responded even now. Their phone number does not work on normal call nor does their email id, customer support is unresponsive and the whatsapp number given received messages but there is no response.
I would like to request you to please assist in refunding my money from this fraud website and take whatever action you can against this fraudulent organization so that other people may not fall prey to it.
