I my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the laser sessions I have undergone at your facility. I have escalated my concerns multiple times, yet the issues persist, and I have not seen any satisfactory results after seven sessions.
Despite my previous escalations, I have not received continuity of service with the same therapist. Moreover, the replacement therapists have not performed the sessions properly, resulting in minimal to no progress in hair reduction. The fine hair growth, which was supposed to be addressed, remains unaffected.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but this recurring issue is severely impacting my experience and the intended outcome of the laser sessions. My previous complaints have not led to a resolution, and instead of the promised two sessions in compensation, I received only one extra session. Unfortunately, the subsequent session was wasted, exacerbating my dissatisfaction.
At this point, I feel compelled to seek a more effective resolution to my concerns. Now I want refund of my session.
