I got a job-offer from this company to help online merchants in their platform. They asked me to first recharge for Rs 100 and then complete the order. I did that. Then the amount increased to 500 rs and I still completed the task. The third task, I asked them to apple for 600 rs, but for this task I’ve spent more than 20,000 when the task was only for 600 rs. This is because the system grabs orders randomly and yeah I understand that. I still need around 30,000 rs to complete that task but I’m already out of my budget. I am a student who depend on parents for money and financial help, for this also I took their help. I had a Telegram Mentor whose ID-Mall Mentor 8889, who helped me in the beginning, but when I said I don’t have funds for the recharge anymore, he stopped responding to the queries. I have asked them to at least refund the amount I invested, i.e., 20,000 rs, they still haven’t responded to it. I am only asking for a refund of that amount. I do not even want the commission for that task, because I cannot complete the task and I do not have funds for the same too. I request to solve this issue as soon as possible as I am a student, and that money invested in it is my parent’s hard work, I need to give them back that money at least at the earliest possible. Please ask the company and the mentor to contact me for the account details for refunding that amount. Looking forward to this complaint being resolved.
