My order number 25199 from Malharee was delivered by Blue Dart, but the saree I requested—a light yellow pink shade—was not what I actually received. I would like to change this order. Even though I called the WhatsApp number and sent messages on it, I have already sent a mail on the day of delivery itself without receiving a response. Please let me know if you’ll pick up the product and send the one I ordered back, or if you’ll refund my money.

As discussed over the phone I am complaining in this forum.
I received a saree on 29.07.2023, vide order No. 44419, under your invoice no. Retail31935, dated 23.07.23. On opening the packet, I found that colour and design of saree is totally different from my order.
I want to return this saree. Please initiate the return process as per your policy. Please let me know further process. I want money back.
