I placed a cash on delivery order for a blue and red combination paithani saree from malharee.com.
I paid RS 1300 in cash today and received the order via Blue Dart.
When I opened the package, there was a different, inferior saree inside instead of the one I had ordered.
I called the customer service number in order to return the saree and receive a refund, but no one answered.
The whatsapp customer service number was also unresponsive. I want my reimbursement.
Reading reviews and complaints about this website led me to the conclusion that this business is a fraud.
I need my money back.
