These apartments are run at the behest of a Tamil guy called “Thambi” – only.
He traps unsupecting tenants and then starts a chain of mind-games.
First, house will not be furnished esp. bathroom and seepage issues which he will promise to fix when u move, but never happens,
Second, security is good for nothing and to be paid above rent. Lost so many things, got scratches on vehicles but they dont bother
Thirdly, water and electricity will always be an issue. All electricity and water bills come under the name of Thambi and he will make his own bills
Lastly, when u leave expect ZERO security money.
