Greetings, sir or madam
Ten days have passed since my mother was released from the hospital, and they still haven’t paid the advance money I was given or reimbursed the insurance company.

Even though I have repeatedly followed up and voiced my concerns to Mr. Devandran, the head of the insurance, to no avail.

Please take this complaint seriously and pay the outstanding balance. Additionally, consider the patient’s or attendant’s complaint carefully. The hospital’s efficiency is lacking due to the poor quality of service. It is recommended that a service audit be conducted.
