I have booked a villa at oragadom and paid advance of RS.50, 000. Due to my personal family issue unable to proceed on loan. I don’t have eligibility for loan amount and property also in legal issue. I have been asked to give cancellation letter and form to be filled. Same has been done last year April. They said will give 6 month pdc cheque but still not received anything from them.
