I got a plot from manju for 10l/1000sqft land at pondichery marakkanam bakshna beach. Around the area i could get 1 acre for 10l. Because manju promised to offer amenties like club house etc, i bought the plot. But they didn’t construct anything over there. No amenties provided. Full of liars to make you buy by saying anything and everything and giving all the promises and false brochures. Don’t get cheated. You would have seen this ad in the tv.
