Hi Sir, I paid rs. 10, 000/- as an advance amt. on Havisha Homes dated 27/07/2014. I booked Plot no.246. Later, I was not able to continue in buying the home. I reached your office and met Santosh and requested for the refund and have given the refund form. Till now, not even a single peny is returned back to me. I have the original Paid receipt with me. I am not sure, if Manju Groups know the Value of money.
