I have booked plot no- 298 in BARISHA BEACH, Marakanam, on 11th oct 2015, and paid Rs. 50000/-. After sum days i cancel my booking because jobless situation and requested them to return the money. after one year of continous approach they issued the post dated cheque 2 times. but both cheques are bounced by the bank. almost 4 years have gone. My money has not been returned. So public don’t go to that fraud company. They all are trying to cheat the public with help of their staffs. Search for sum other genuine real estate companies. Pls don’t go, don’t buy anything. becare-ful. don’t waste your money.
