We bought plots in survey no: 275 in ottiyambakkam village in 2006 with the plots approved by st. Thomas mount panchayat union. The layout indicates 30′ feet road in the middle connecting all the plots with access to survey no: 276 on the east and road in survey no: 273. 30, road comprises of survey numbers 275/1a, 275/2a1, and 275/3a1 with a promise that roads will be laid on completion of all sales and execution of gift deed to the local body which the company failed to do even after over 13 years of sale resulting in non inclusion of our layout in the list o[censored]napproved layouts by the local body as per g. O. Ms 78, and also proper approach road from cmda approved layout 20/2014 in survey no: 276. Developer in 20/2014 is denying our request for proper approach road indicating that layout 20/2014 was approve by the local body prior to forwarding to cmda for final approval. We are unable to hand over the roads since road in survey no: 275/1a is in the name of mr. Vidya sagar of manju foundations as per latest ec and sale deed 1502/06 dated 23.02.2006. We request manju foundations to submit the layout in survey no: 275 along with gift deed for roads to the local body for commencing layout /plot approval process as per cmda latest guide lines
