I trusted manju groups because they were a reputed concern and as an architect i heard about them but they betrayed me they gave the word that they make things comfortable only according to their customer comfort, so i made 50, 000 rs advance payment on a plot at barisha beach but due to my personal circumstances i cannot afford the required amount so i call for the marketing team to cancel the the booking they brought a cancellation form on 2015 september and informed me that the booking amount will be returned within six months but the cancellation form was not submitted to the concerned person they lost the form this was found on mid week of feb 2016 when i showed up to manju groups office at agnishia towers near perungudi so wrote a new form and gave it to mrs. Bavani marketing concern in mr. Kumar team on behalf of mr. Kishor in cancellation department they said that it will take 2 to 3 months to make this process, and so on july mr. Kishor in cancellation department said that the process in going and then on august he said that it was forwarded to accounts team and he will call us in the last week of august to handover the check but he didn’t do so and even if i try to contact him he avoid my call by not picking up my phone call and even today 6-8-2016 i tried to call him around 6 times and finally contacted him by contacting the manju groups office landline number he finally said that i have to contact the person who took my booking or contact the higher officials in your reputed concern it so awful and pity to think about your organisation. Your organisation does not know how to maintain a contact with your clients and as an indian architect myself i know it’s how difficult to get a client in this industry and on what belief they come to an architect or an builder or an promoter or organisations like you this thing which the people of manju groups did is so damn insane and stupidest thing ever in this industry.
