Dear Sir,
My name is V. Boobalan. I had booked on villa in manju builders at swarnadhara project on19/06/2016. And i have paid the advance amount of Rs.50, 000 to manju groups. After due to approved land issue in government, i unable to go further. Hence later i planned to get back out from this project. So i upproached the manju builder office many time for the refund of my advance payment (50, 000), but still there is no proper responce from them.
Now, i am in emergency and short of amount.
Kindly treat this as a request and kindly take necessary action in refunding my advance amount.
