We was booked a plot(64A Harshaha- Oragadam) in manju groups on 4th July 2015. After booking the plot, i couldn’t arrange the 30% cash. Due to unemployment. I request them to cancel my booking plot and refund my advance money(20, 000). In the call, they asked me to come to office to fill the cancellation form. After i have filled cancellation form, somebody from CRM department had one to one discussion. And they said, they will not refund money and they are asking me to look alternate project. In the beginning, they said, will refund the money. But they are not even responding now. In the beginning, i have trust on manju group. Now i lost hope on them.
