I had ordered a pink georgette suit with bell sleeves long jacket worth of Rs 399. My order number is 105882. There is no cod option available therefore I had to pay through online transaction. They accepted the money saying your payment is successful then started saying your order is currently processing from two days. There is no cancellation or refund option also available. Please either give me the dress or refund my money. I have tried contacting with mantra fab but their website does not respond, they are replying to my emails and their phone number is always switched off. I don’t even know how to contact them.
