Never buy from Mantri,go for ready flat ,pay money and take key. Mantri is useless developer, I had purchased one flat in webcity Bangalore till today no proper update ,Mantri is playing around with our harden money …….BIG NO TO MANTRI AND BIG NO FOR 20-80 PLAN
