Dear all,
Mantri developers lured me into Pre EMI scheme in 2010 June , Hyderabad, Gachibowli,and later informed it can not be delivered due to delay in loan processing , which was their guarantee to provide ( Tied up with ICICI Bank) at the time of booking.
Seven years passed the construction is yet not completed and no communication regarding possession.
They must be stopped to progress with other projects and licence should be cancelled.
Returning customer money with SC order with 24 % must be granted with the clause added for Harassment and cheat.
