Mantri sold us a flat (R1601) in their webcity project in 2015 with a three year buy-back clause and with an agreement to pay the pre-emis for these 3 years.

Unfortunately every single pre-emi paid to us has been delayed and today we have a backlog of over 12 pre-emis due to us by mantri.

Inspite of daily following up with mantri there is nothing but empty promises from their side. Kindly help in resolving this.
