I have the booked a flat in mantri webcity parcel 2 in nov 2014 and paid 95% of the payment. But now there is no construction happening and it looks like it will take another two years. Don’t know what to do. They are not responding any phone calls and emails. Need help. Can we form a group and take it forward to consumer court and to rera?
